What we keep, and what we never look at

What we keep

Your email address and name, as Google passes them to us when you sign in. The date your account was created and the date you last signed in. And your invoices, your clients and your issuer details — which is what lets you find them again from another device.

What we do not keep

No measurement of what your invoices contain. We do not count the amounts, the number of clients, or what you bill for. Our activity logs record one thing: that an action happened on your account, and when. Never its content.

We show no advertising, we resell nothing, and we install no tracking.

If you write to us

The “Tell me” form sends us your message, your email address and the page you were on. We read it — that is the point. It does not contradict the above: we do not read your invoices, we read what you choose to send us. Your messages go with your account if you delete it.

Your clients’ data

An invoice carries the name, address and tax ID of whoever it is addressed to — information belonging to third parties who agreed to nothing with us. We process it on your behalf, solely to produce your invoices, and for no other purpose.

Taking your data with you

At any time you can export your whole workspace as a single file: your invoices, your clients, your details. No request, no delay, no need to write to us.

Deleting your account

Deletion takes effect immediately for access: your workspace becomes unreachable and your invoices are no longer served. Your data stays recoverable for thirty days, in case you change your mind or clicked by mistake; after that an automated task erases it for good, with no copy kept elsewhere.

What we depend on

Google, for sign-in — we never see your password. Supabase, for the database that holds your workspace. Vercel, to serve the application. These providers see the technical requests their role requires.

Getting in touch

For a question, an access request or an erasure request: reply from the email address on your account and we will know who you are.
